Ascent Hospitality in Saraland, Alabama, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service, handle check-ins/outs, upsell when appropriate, and ensure smooth operations at the front desk. The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and comfort with computer systems and payment processing.

Candidates should be able to work flexible shifts and excel in a team environment.

Competenze

• High school education or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English and communicate with guests and team members.
• Familiar with computers and typing; able to operate front desk systems.
• Flexible work hours and strong customer service mindset.

Mansioni

• Maintain professional dress and conduct at all times.
• Greet guests with a friendly welcome and handle check-in/check-out.
• Provide information about rooms, rates, and hotel amenities.
• Process payments, verify IDs, and balance cash bank.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure availability at check-in.
