Job summary

Ascent Hospitality in Enterprise, AL is seeking a Front Desk Agent. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, upsell services, provide information about rooms and amenities, and uphold brand standards.

This role requires strong communication, customer service skills, ability to work flexible hours, and familiarity with hotel operations. Previous front desk experience is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education; some college preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; interact with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly welcome and assist with check-in/check-out.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates and amenities.
• Upsell services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Process payments, verify IDs and payment methods, and balance cash bank.
• Maintain knowledge of brand standards and hotel policies.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in and depart on time.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
