Qualifications

• Good communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Buff and maintain marble floors daily.
• Shampoo carpets and furniture in public areas as needed.
• Assist guests with luggage and Lost and Found items.
• Clean guestrooms as required.
• Know and assist in emergency procedures.
• Maintain equipment and storage areas.
• Complete special projects from the Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure guest satisfaction.
