Responsibilities

• Process bookings, upsell services, and share local insights.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Check guests in and out, verify IDs, issue keys.
• Capture guest preferences and respond to requests.
• Serve as a go-to contact for questions and issues.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required gear.
• Maintain a neat appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Stay informed about daily events and activities.
