Job summary

Midas Hospitality in Missouri is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent to provide outstanding service during check-in, stay, and check-out. You will be the face of the hotel, handling inquiries, reservations, and payments with courtesy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests during check-in and check-out with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and promotions.
• Assist guests with inquiries about services, local attractions, and dining.
