Job summary

Midas Hospitality is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent to join our hotel team in Maryland Heights, MO. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide exceptional service during the stay.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced hotel environment. Prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in hospitality preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn hotel PMS and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude during check-in and check-out.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, promotions, and availability.
• Promote loyalty programs and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle payments and cash transactions accurately.
