Midas Hospitality, LLC is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Agent to welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out with professionalism. The role supports daily front office operations, handles reservations, and promotes loyalty programs while ensuring outstanding service.

The ideal candidate enjoys solving problems, communicating effectively, and working in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn and use hotel PMS.
• Flexible schedule including mornings/evenings/overnights/weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out with a friendly professional attitude.
• Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations per standards.
• Provide information on services, local attractions, and transportation.
• Promote loyalty programs and collect payments accurately.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Maintain front desk records and shift reports.
• Handle guest mail, packages, and special requests.
