Midas Hospitality in Missouri is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily Front Desk operations, guide staff, and ensure exceptional guest arrivals, stays, and departures.

The ideal candidate has front desk or guest services supervision experience, strong communication, knowledge of PMS, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Join a team focused on guest satisfaction and revenue-generating initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel Front Desk or Guest Services supervision experience.
• Experience with PMS and hotel operations.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front Desk operations during shifts, maintaining guest service standards.
• Train and coach Front Desk associates on procedures and brand standards.
• Assist onboarding and provide ongoing performance feedback and development.
• Welcome guests and manage efficient check-in/check-out processes.
• Support reservation management, room assignments, rate accuracy, and guest requests.
• Handle escalated guest concerns and service recovery with professionalism.
• Monitor cash handling, credit card transactions, deposits and financial accuracy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, and leadership for seamless operations.
• Complete shift reports, logs, and other Front Office documentation.
• Support scheduling, shift coverage and operational planning.
