Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous guest services or hospitality experience a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and complete check-in/out procedures.
• Process reservations and make amendments as needed.
• Promote loyalty programs and upsell hotel services.
• Handle payments, post charges, and maintain records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
