Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, sincere welcome and maintain professional conduct.
• Assist with registration, input data, and process payments per procedures.
• Upsell services to generate additional revenue and maximize occupancy levels.
• Provide information about hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in and check-out.
