Ascent Hospitality in Montgomery, AL, seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service, manage efficient check-ins/outs, and upsell rooms and services. You will greet guests, handle payments, and coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless stay.

We value clear communication, reliability, and a proactive approach to guest needs, with a focus on brand standards and safety. This role is primarily on-site at our property in Alabama.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Hospitality or customer service training preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide information about the hotel.
• Handle check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently.
• Upsell rooms and hotel services to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel policies, rates, and promotions.
• Communicate with housekeeping and departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
