Hilton Garden Inn Harlingen, Harlingen, TX, is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm, efficient service and oversee daily front desk operations.

Responsibilities include check-in/out, guest inquiries, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready. Proficiency with hotel management software and strong communication are essential to create memorable stays.

Minimum one year of customer service experience and a high school diploma are required; an associate degree is preferred.

• Experience with front desk operations and check-ins/outs desirable.
