Qualifications

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to use a calculator to perform moderately complex calculations accurately.
• Ability to work with guests calmly and resolve issues diplomatically.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage the check-in/check-out process.
• Input and retrieve guest information from the computer system, confirm details like guests and rate.
• Process payments, balance the house bank, and handle vouchers or currency exchange.
