Qualifications

• Answer inquiries by phone, email, or in person; provide local information.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments and special requests.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions using hotel software.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly or escalate to management when needed.
