Sincere Hospitality is actively hiring for a Front Desk Agent. The Front Desk Agent will be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth check-in/check-out experience, while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

This role requires strong communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment. Work includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Must be available to work morning and evening shifts.
• Must be available to work on weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism to start their stay.
• Answer calls, emails and inquiries; relay messages accurately.
• Process check-in/check-out and manage guest records in the PMS.
• Assist with reservations, cancellations and room assignments to optimize occupancy.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
