Job summary

Springhill Suites Charlotte Southwest is seeking a Front Desk Agent to ensure a friendly arrival and departure experience for guests. You will address needs and requests promptly and maintain hospitable service throughout shifts.

The role requires excellent guest service, knowledge of hotel amenities, and the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends. Training will emphasize check-in/check-out efficiency and courteous guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or service preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude: positive and ready to learn.
• Ability to follow guidelines and procedures.
• Ability to handle pace and pressure.
• Listening and conflict resolution skills.
• Effective communication in English.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check-in/Check-out efficiency and guest contact after arrival.
• Know room rates and promotions.
• Receive and note all incoming mail as required per daily shift checklist.
