Qualifications

• Comfortable taking calls and handling stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest inquiries
• Work with housekeeping to prepare rooms for new guests
• Take bookings in person, online, or by phone; answer questions about rates, availability, and amenities
• Welcome, register, check-in/out guests; provide keys and room numbers; record payment information
• Maintain accurate guest account records
• Handle customer complaints as necessary
