Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking a guest-service oriented team member to serve guests in our restaurant outlets and hotel. You will take orders, enter them into the POS, and coordinate all table-side service with accurate payments through established procedures.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of beverage service, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility across shifts and events. Training on alcohol awareness is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Takes guest orders and enters into POS accurately.
• Up-sells products using endorsements at service opportunities.
• Coordinates all food and beverage service at the table per standards.
• Delivers and collects payments following tendering procedures.
• Prepares and breaks down wait stations per dining room standards.
• Completes side work and maintains shift responsibilities.
• Delivers food and beverages to guest rooms when applicable.
• Assists with maintaining outlet cleanliness and setting tables for events.
