Chipotle Mexican Grill in Cranberry Township is hiring a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served, and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent service.

You will oversee a clean, organized line, supervise crew, assist with training, and support office tasks as needed, while staying on your feet during shifts and helping to drive the team toward superior guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Be able to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Have knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Have familiarity with office paperwork.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served.
• Ensure the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service.
• Keep the line clean, organized, and with properly functioning equipment.
• Be on your feet during shifts and assist with additional tasks when not busy.
• Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews and future leadership development.
• Assist with office administration duties and paperwork.
• Ensure supplies are available and office equipment works.
