Qualifications

• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cash handling policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Support food safety including hand washing, glove changes, and proper line time and temperature checks.
• Resolve customer incidents and maintain positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train front-of-house Crew.
• Assist with Crew performance reviews and developing future leaders.
• Assist with office administration tasks and ensure supplies and equipment are in order.
