Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Service Leader to maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe, quality food is prepared and served and the restaurant crew is well trained. You’ll keep a clean, organized line with functional equipment, supervise breaks and shift changes, develop front-of-house crew, assist with performance reviews and routine office duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Know cash handling policies and procedures.
• Know Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiar with office paperwork.
• Speak, read, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety practices (hand washing, glove changes, time/temperature monitoring, shelf life).
• Help resolve customer incidents and ensure positive experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross-train all front-of-house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assist with office administration: banking, cash handling policies, paperwork.
• Keep office equipment functioning and supplies stocked.
