Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years as Floor Supervisor or 3–4 years as Floor Captain.
• Soft Competencies: Leadership, communication skills, problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail
• Technical Competencies: Service sequence & F&B SOPs, POS systems, basic complaint handling, product knowledge (food & beverage), floor control management

Responsibilities

• Supervise and control daily floor operation.
• Ensure smooth guest flow, table allocation, and service operation.
• Monitor floor team performance, grooming, and service standards.
• Ensure all floor areas are clean, organized, and ready for operation.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth floor operation.
• Conduct team briefing and provide direction during operation.
• Monitor and follow up on operational issues during the shift.
• Ensure SOP and company standards are consistently followed.
