Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, supporting bowling, arcade, food & beverage, bar, and events. You will deliver a guest experience that makes guests want to return, while coaching hourly staff and maintaining high service standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in hospitality or a guest-facing environment, strong communication, and a floor-first work style. Nights, weekends, and holidays flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or guest-facing roles.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
• Lead by example and stay present on the floor.
• Basic understanding of labor and cost considerations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
• Step into different roles as needed to maintain speed and standards.
• Coach hourly team members on service, safety, and expectations.
• Drive sales through guest engagement and in-center promotions.
• Maintain readiness of facilities and ensure smooth front- and back-of-house ops.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and labor tracking.
