lululemon seeks an Educator to deliver exceptional guest experiences and expert product education in our North Carolina stores. You will engage with guests, understand their needs, and provide tailored purchase solutions while upholding our culture and standards.

You will collaborate across team members to ensure smooth operations, restock as needed, and maintain a luxury store environment with safety and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the store location.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Create world-class guest experience through authentic product education.
• Engage guests, assess needs, and offer customized purchase solutions.
• Facilitate seamless transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Collaborate with team to ensure optimal guest experience and store operations.
