Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while respecting their time.

• Execute seamless in-store transactions and omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, etc.).
• Move around the floor to engage with guests and address store needs.
• Receive feedback and collaborate with leadership to resolve issues for guests.
