Job summary

lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our North Carolina store. You will educate guests on performance apparel, engage with the community, and support seamless omnichannel service.

You will move through the floor to connect with guests, share product expertise, and uphold our inclusive, high-energy store environment. A high school diploma and strong guest empathy are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality guest service in retail environments.
• Ability to engage with guests, understand needs and offer solutions.
• Comfort with moving around the floor and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience while valuing guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs and provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Provide technical product education and articulate product benefits.
• Facilitate seamless guest transactions and omnichannel programs (BOPIS, ship from store).
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and work with leadership to address issues.
