lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our New Jersey stores. You will educate guests on products, share community values, and help create an engaging, inclusive environment.

The Educator will support store operations, restock as needed, and collaborate with teammates to ensure seamless omnichannel experiences that reflect lululemon’s commitment to people and community.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have evidence relating to local legislative requirements (EMEA note not applicable in US) if required by local law.
• Must have ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and attend to store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to address issues.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks and use in-store technology to support store operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and luxurious store environment.
