Job summary

lululemon in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Educator to deliver a world-class guest experience in our store. You will engage with guests, share top-quality product education, and speak authentically about our community and culture.

You’ll move on the floor to help guests, conduct accurate transactions, and support store operations. Our environment emphasizes inclusion, teamwork, and a positive, growth-focused spirit.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have proof of the Right to Work and evidence relating to associated local legislative requirements (EMEA only).
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase solutions and support.
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage with guests and store needs.
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to take appropriate action.
