lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest experiences in our retail stores. You will educate guests on products, support omnichannel options, and help maintain a luxury store environment.

You will collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service, inclusivity, and a positive work culture. The role requires flexible scheduling, on-site presence, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation methods.
• Must work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Create world-class guest experiences through authentic product education and connection with the community.
• Engage with guests, assess needs, and provide customized purchase and return solutions.
• Perform product presentation and store operations tasks; maintain a luxurious environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and store performance.
• Move dynamically on the floor to assist guests and support store needs.
