lululemon is seeking an Educator to deliver world-class guest service in our North Carolina retail stores. You will share top‑quality product education and connect with guests to understand their needs.

Responsibilities include guiding purchases, executing seamless omnichannel experiences, restocking, maintaining a luxury store environment, and collaborating with teammates to ensure an inclusive, enthusiastic guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the location
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must provide Right to Work documentation where required
• Must be able to travel to assigned store with own transportation

Responsabilités

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience
• Assess guests’ needs to provide customized purchase solutions
• Provide technical product education by articulating product value
• Facilitate seamless omnichannel guest experiences (buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store)
• Move dynamically on the floor to engage guests and support store needs
• Receive guest feedback and partner with leadership to resolve issues
