Job summary

Eurest USA is seeking a hospitality-obsessed Guest Experience Manager to elevate service across a sizeable national corporate dining portfolio. You will coordinate on-site service teams, train staff on enhanced engagement systems, and use metrics to close gaps in service delivery.

This in-unit role supports travel 50–70% and requires on-site presence 3–4 days per week, with travel across states. Join a leader in business dining delivering world-class meals in corporate cafes and executive dining

Qualifications

5+ years in hospitality with food & beverage leadership and training experience.
Experience leading training development and implementation that drives guest service.
Strong knowledge of steps of service, fine dining basics, and team coaching.

Responsibilities

Owns guest experience strategy for a multi-state portfolio.
Drives relationships with client and stakeholders to meet KPIs.
Conducts on-site training on service standards and technologies.
Reviews and implements Platinum Service standards with cross-team collaboration.
Plans activations to engage guests with culinary and management teams.
Audits staff to ensure guest-facing communication and service quality.
