Eurest USA is seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager to lead both the culinary and food service operations. You will be responsible for the success of the culinary and food service operation in a corporate dining environment.

Responsibilities include full culinary management, inventory oversight, and development of menus with cost controls and local sourcing, while maintaining sustainability and quality across services.

Qualifications

• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing local products.
• Possesses a passion for sustainability.
