Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote Ulta Beauty services through guest interactions and promote the salon and store offerings.
• Manage salon bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow.
• Support the services team by handling calls, addressing guest concerns, and scheduling appointments.
• Inform guests about current promotions and events and encourage trials of services.
• Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
