Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Guest Coordinator who will engage with guests, promote salon services, and handle bookings and product recommendations. You will support the Experience Manager and work across salon, skincare, and haircare areas to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), about 1 year of relevant experience, and comfort with POS systems and devices. It is an on-site, full-time role with a competitive hourly pay and benefits.

• Proficient with basic technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges with guests.
• Support services team with scheduling, bookings, and guest records.
• Invite guests to try services and promote promotions and events.
• Assist in executing services pages, rebooking and guest acquisition.
