Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon services in-store and over the phone. You will support the Experience Manager and assist with bookings, promotions, and guest relations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Focus on retail and service sales, driving loyalty, and maintaining high service standards. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required; 1 year of relevant experience helps you thrive in a fast-paced beauty

Formación

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• High school diploma preferred or required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with guests.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas and offering courteous service.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support the services team by answering salon phone calls, resolving guest concerns, and managing the services booking system and guest records.
• Inform guests of promotions and events and invite them to try services while providing product recommendations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
