You will help manage bookings, assist guests across Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas, and drive retail and service sales while upholding Ulta Beauty standards.

A passion for the beauty industry, strong guest service, and the ability to learn service offerings quickly are essential.

Qualifications

• Passion for the beauty industry and exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals for retail and service sales.
• Deliver exceptional guest service in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas of the store.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support the services team by answering salon phone calls, addressing guest concerns, managing the services booking system, guest records and salon traffic flow.
• Build the services business by informing guests of current promotions and events and inviting them to try services.
