Job summary

Compass in Santa Barbara and Montecito is seeking an Agent Experience Coordinator to be the welcoming face of the office. You will manage the first impression, assist customers with Compass tools, and support marketing requests while partnering with the agent experience team.

This 100% in-office role requires a collaborative, service-oriented mindset and comfort with enterprise tech. You will work across departments to assist agents, maintain office standards, and help with events and daily

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
• Previous real estate experience is a plus
• Experience with enterprise tech tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Confluence is advantageous
• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage the office experience, including calls, mail, and supply inventory
• Provide 1:1 support for Compass technology and services
• Support marketing requests and collateral creation from templates
• Collaborate with teams to address agents' questions and feedback
• Troubleshoot tech/devices, printers, and conference room systems
• Provide ad-hoc administrative help such as data entry and meeting prep
• Help organize and run office events and maintain a positive culture
