Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting & Welcoming: first point of contact for clients and guests.
• Communication: answer, screen and route calls, emails and inquiries.
• Appointment Management: schedule meetings and manage calendars.
• Administrative Support: assist management and sales team as needed.
• This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
