Job summary

Schulte Subaru in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to be a key first contact for our service department. You will answer calls, schedule service appointments, greet guests professionally, and handle various administrative tasks assigned by the manager.

The role is desk-based in-office with a schedule of M-F 7:15am–5:30pm; prior customer service experience and strong communication skills are valued. This position supports a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer, screen and forward incoming service calls.
• Schedule service appointments in scheduling software.
• Maintain quality customer service at all times.
• Answer inquiries and direct to the correct service advisor or department.
• Check in with customers in the lounge for status updates.
• Troubleshoot customer vehicle issues to the best of your ability.
• Assist with missed appointment calls and reports.
• Keep customer lounge tidy; stock snacks and beverages.
• Support service team and management with other tasks as needed.
