Five Star Ford Dallas is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact and create a welcoming dealership experience. You will greet customers, answer calls, direct inquiries, and support various departments with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist or customer service preferred.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
• Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department.
• Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.
• Direct customers to Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout interactions.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling customer information.
• Support team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
