My Place Hotel-Sioux Falls is seeking a Guest Services Representative to be the friendly first contact for guests, handling check-ins/outs and reservations while recording charges accurately. You will assist guests with local information and promote the Stay Rewarded loyalty program to enhance guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and dependable performance in a fast-paced front desk environment at a property in Sioux Falls.

Qualifikationen

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for guest interactions.

• Meticulous attention to accuracy in financial transactions and guest records.

Aufgaben

• Welcome and greet guests; efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs and manage reservations.
• Provide information about hotel, local attractions, restaurants, and churches; resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Operate the phone system, take/transfer calls, and manage wake-up calls.
• Process credit card authorizations, handle cash transactions, and provide change as needed.
• Maintain front desk records, Night Audit Checklist, and guest relations logs; report issues to GM.
• Adhere to safety protocols; inspect property and ensure security of entrances and lighting.
• Promote Stay Rewarded Loyalty Program to enhance guest loyalty.
• Assist with cleaning tasks, laundry, stocking supplies, coffee bar, and snow/ice removal.
• Deliver guest supplies and manage master keys; assist housekeeping as needed.
