Team Auto Center in Sioux Falls, SD, is seeking a First Impressions Coordinator to greet guests in our sales department and help create an exceptional visitor experience at our new location.

The role operates Monday–Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with an hourly wage range of $17.00 to $20.00. Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling phone and email inquiries, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, providing administrative support, and assisting the sales team as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; plus one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Current, valid driver's license and satisfactory MVR.
• Understand deadlines and apply urgency to tasks.
• Strong computer and phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook).
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Greeting & Welcoming: Serving as the initial point of contact for clients, walk-in customers, and guests.
• Communication: Answering, screening and routing incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries about products or services.
• Appointment Management: Scheduling meetings, managing calendars for the sales team and preparing reception or consultation area.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to management, sales team and other departments as needed.
• Other Duties: Duties may change or new ones may be assigned at any time.
