Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon and store services, both in person and over the phone. You will support the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) through a focus on performance (service/retail sales and in-store events), people (guest service and associate culture), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards).

This role requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the aptitude

Competenze

• Proficient with basic technology (POS, devices, booking system).
• Demonstrate competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Willingness to learn salon services and product knowledge.

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, including guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges courteously.
• Support services by answering calls, booking, and guest records.
• Promote services and events and assist with scheduling and events.
