Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests, promote salon services, and support the experiences team both in-store and over the phone. You will handle bookings, greet guests, and drive service and retail sales while maintaining a high standard of customer care.

The role requires strong communication, ability to work with a team, and comfort using the service booking system. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is common in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Experience in beauty retailer or customer service is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by acknowledging all Ulta Beauty guests in the Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas of the store.
• Manage salon service bookings, guest records, and salon traffic flow; address guest concerns and booking-related issues.
• Inform guests of promotions and events; invite them to try services and make recommendations.
• Support service providers with appointment pages, rebooking, and new guest acquisition behaviors.
• Maintain prompt attendance and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
