Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage guests and promote salon and store services through in-person and phone interactions, representing the Ulta Beauty image, products, and culture.

You will support the Experience Manager and ASM with bookings, service recommendations, and events, contributing to sales goals while maintaining guest service, teamwork, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards. A high school diploma is preferred, with about 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Promote Ulta Beauty salon and store services to guests during in-person and phone interactions.
• Assist with bookings, greet guests, and guide them through service options.
• Support the services team by handling calls, guest records, and scheduling flow.
• Maintain store and salon standards, safety, and sanitation requirements.
