• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices, Services Booking System).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support the services team by answering salon phone calls and scheduling.
• Build the services business by informing guests of promotions and events.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Maintain knowledge of new trends and products to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
