Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service in salon, haircare, and skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges courteously.
• Support services team with phone calls, bookings, guest records and traffic flow.
• Promote current promotions and events, invite guests to try services.
• Book appointments and assist with in-store events to deliver a premium experience.
