Job summary

Ulta Beauty in New York seeks a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests, promote salon services and product offerings, and support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager through strong service and sales performance.

You will handle bookings, greet guests, inform them of current promotions, maintain service standards, and help ensure a 360° guest experience across salon, store, and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; relevant experience valued.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote services and products.
• Handle sales, refunds, exchanges with courtesy.
• Manage service bookings and guest records.
• Inform guests of promotions and events; invite them to try services.
• Support service providers with appointment pages and rebooking.
• Maintain store and salon cleanliness and safety standards.
