Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to act as liaison between Encore, venues, and customers. You will provide information and support in a professional, friendly manner while building relationships to ensure a high-quality experience.

This role reports to the Director, Event Technology. The position covers customer contact, billing, data entry, and engagement activities, with responsibilities to coordinate with hotel sales, attend site visits, and drive service excellence

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Associate degree is preferred.
• 1+ years of administrative, sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Proficiency Microsoft 365 and web-based applications.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications (Encore’s Service Level 100, 200 & 300) to be obtained within 90 days.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner and build trust-based relationships.
• Communicate billing information, resolve billing concerns, and obtain signatures.
• Enter customer details into CRM and reconcile Exhibit customer payments.
• Support selling manager at PreCon and Site Visit meetings and coordinate follow-up communications.
• Coordinate with hotel sales and venue teams for attendance and support.
• Act as service liaison between customer, Encore team and venue partners.
• Coordinate and communicate customer concerns with the appropriate venue partner team.
