Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Gig Harbor is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon and services through one-on-one interactions, both over the phone and in-person, reflecting the image and culture of Ulta Beauty.

You will support the services team by handling salon bookings, guest records, and traffic flow, while offering knowledgeable product and service recommendations and promoting current promotions and events to drive guest engagement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests and promote Ulta Beauty services through one-on-one interactions, phone and in-store.
• Support the services team with scheduling, bookings, guest records, and store traffic flow.
• Provide knowledgeable product and service recommendations to guests and invite them to try services.
